Cokos Box Customer Service & Return Policy

Non-Custom Products

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for non-customized products within 30 days of purchase. You may choose:

  • A refund to your original payment method
  • An exchange for another product
  • Store credit for a future purchase

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Tags must be attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Discounted or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log into your account on our website and request a return
  2. Or reply to your order confirmation email

We’ll send a prepaid return label via email.

Custom Products

Custom products are made-to-order and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production begins.

Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Items

Email us at contact@cokosbox.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photo of the item
  • Brief explanation

Unsuccessful Deliveries

Carrier error: We will remake and reship at no cost.

Wrong address submitted: We can remake at a discount, but cannot refund.

Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders enter design immediately
  • Cancellations within 24 hrs may incur a small fee
  • Changes after production begins may cost up to 50%
  • No changes or refunds after shipping

Refund Timing

Approved refunds process within 3 business days and may take 3 more days to show on your statement.
